Allo, there was a broken pipe in the apartment when the tenants came back from their vacation. The repairs were in progress. Few weeks later, the problem occured again. The property management agency deal with the 2 incidents immidiatly since it was under the responsibility. The main area affected is the master bedroom with washroom. The tenants want a reduction in the rent for their inconveniences for months the problem occured. Any suggestions to make both sides happy.
