Tenant's Responsibilities

• paying rent and any utilities agreed upon on time
• maintaining reasonable health, cleanliness and sanitary standards throughout the rental unit
• avoiding noisy or unruly disturbances which may bother or interfere with other tenants' rights
• repairing damages caused by the tenant or his/her guest(s)
• immediately notifying the landlord if urgent emergency repairs are needed
• not preventing the smoke alarm from working
• replacing light bulbs and standard fuses
• routine yard maintenance including cutting grass and clearing snow (if applicable)
